Supriya Harindrawar
My name is Supriya Harindrawar, an award-winning wildlife photographer and conservation advocate with a passion for using visual storytelling to promote environmental awareness. Growing up in Madhya Pradesh ( Chhapara, dist. Seoni ), my love for nature fuelled my journey into wildlife photography.
My work seeks to capture the beauty, resilience, and vulnerability of wildlife, urging viewers to connect with the natural world and reflect on their role in its preservation. Winning the prestigious PHOTOGRAPHER OF THE YEAR AWARD from Explore Wild India Magazine has been a humbling milestone, reaffirming my commitment to this mission.
My academic background, including a PG Diploma in Tourism and Environmental Law from National Law University ( NLU DELHI ) in collaboration with WWF- India and the Centre for Environmental Law ( CEL ), Government of India has deeply influenced my perspective. It has provided me with the tools to not only document nature's beauty but also advocate for its protection.
FOX Story India has recognised my work and publish my story on FOX STORY INDIA'S August Edition (Influential Femmes 2024: Honouring powerful women leaders ) I view this honor as a testament to the impact of my work in combining art, law, and conservation. Through my photography, I aim to inspire a sense of responsibility and awe, reminding us that every species, every habitat, and every moment in the wild is worth protecting.
As a wildlife photographer, I not only capture the raw beauty and untold stories of the natural world, but also conduct wildlife photography workshops to share my passion with others. Through these workshops, I aim to teach aspiring photographers how to connect with nature like I do, and experience the wilderness in the same intense way. By guiding others into the wilderness and showing them the delicate balance in life's purest form, I hope to inspire a deep appreciation for the wild world and all its inhabitants.

Ambassador – Girls Who Click Ambassador Program 2025 Organization: Girls Who Click (United States) Designation: Ambassador (Sole Representative from India)
I have been selected as the Ambassador only representative from India for the prestigious Girls Who Click Ambassador Program 2025, an initiative that empowers young women and nature photographers in the field of conservation photography. This globally recognized program supports photographers and videographers aged 16 to 30 through mentorships with leading professional female nature photographers.
Girls Who Click is a U.S.-based nonprofit organization committed to empowering women in conservation photography by providing them with resources, guidance, and a platform to amplify their voices in wildlife conservation and visual storytelling.
This recognition highlights my commitment to wildlife conservation, visual storytelling, and my dedication to creating impactful change through the lens of a camera.
